Letchworth Remembrance
If I can, I like to attend the annual Remembrance Service in my town.
Below are some shots from the 2014 service.
In my genealogy research earlier in 2014, I discovered that one of my great-great uncles died in WWI while serving with the Royal Army Service Corps in Mesopotamia. He is buried in Basra Military Cemetery.
I laid a cross to his memory.
